Could someone please pm me regarding how to unload the 200$ fixed value Vanilla Visa. I am reading through the threads but haven't found any ways yet. I am sure I eventually will but trying to find it sooner.

1) Can the 200$ Vanilla Visa still be unloaded in 49.99$ increments in Kate? I havent used Vanlilla visa in a long time so just want to be sure.
