Fewer Stretch seats and less space for Economy seats
I just noticed that the seat map for the A320 on Frontier's site now shows 29 rows of seats instead of 28.
Some of the space for that extra row came from eliminating the fourth row of Stretch. But the rest must have required taking one inch off each row of economy seats.
