Unfortunately I didn't get the first agent's name and the second agent said the first one didn't record any notes in my file.
Tell them you believe this is misinformation and that over time the quality not only of the BRG policy but primarily the quality and inconsistency of responses from the agents really worry you about the program... at least that's what I would say
