Please can someone clarify: I have a non refundable round trip ticket that I need to cancel completely.
(1) Do I need to call United to cancel, or can I do this online?
(2) If it is a $550 ticket, and $400 of that was a VDB voucher, and the remainder paid by credit card, does that make a difference in residual value?
(3) Do I need to retain the original booking number to use if I reschedule a flight?
