Uh, no. I submitted a claim based on a refundable rate. Both the Hyatt rate and the competing rate were refundable. Furthermore, the agent didn't include the rate in the claim so I haven't any clue to which rate I'm agreeing.

Would you all bother calling or just resubmit?
