I'm fine with an occasional 1% ISA fee (and losing the cash back), rather than applying for a 0% FTF credit card, which I'd rarely use. We're talking about an occasional lunch, or souvenir T-shirt, not a mink coat! I'd just be interested in a PIN-requesting-for-purchases back up to UNFCU Visa.
I would expect magstripe swiping to never ask for a PIN (usually signature, unless waived).
