How soon after I reduce the CL and cancel can I apply ( I know 8-65 but I am assuming that with $20kCL I will need to reduce it to get the next one). Your next application is based on the last two citi applications you had; 8 days from the last one you did (which seems to be today), 65 days from the application second to last. reducing your CL or canceling your card or not has no impact on your next application
date, we reduce the CL so we will have a better shot at an auto approval, the CL is freed up faster when you reduce compared to if you don't. you can list your last application dates and we can help with your future one.
