Thanks for the suggestion. I tried calling the number listed for Web Services, and it went to a cellphone voicemail. I've tried calling ticketing back as well and they said I just have to wait. The rep mentioned that there doesn't seem to be a backlog and it should clear soon.. I'm not so sure of that.
