Is this truly the very rare PIN priority for purchases?!? If so, it's the 2nd PIN priority card now available in the US (like UN FCO, but no 1% ISA fee passthrough)!!!

Does "unattended cash" = ATM cash withdrawal?

Does "purchase with cashback" = purchase with OR without cash back?

If cash back with purchase, then is cash back treated as purchase or advance?

What exactly is "manual cash"?
