So today i was trying to book 9 awards seats and the agent said that i can no longer book travel thru a hub if there is non-stops available from that airport.
My problem is there is only 3 award seats available on the nonstop. I looked at expert flyer and saw that there is 9 seats available thru dfw, but they would not honor it.
Was trying to fly SDF-MIA, nonstop SDF-MIA had 3 seats on award available but SDF-DFW-MIA had 9

Is this a new Rule?
