Speaking of pay at the table, supposedly Square has support for it but their site is less than clear as to how that works exactly.
Heavy tourist destinations like Florida, Vegas, etc. are going to have a slew of PIN-preferring foreign EMV cards. I had thought European issuers decline PIN bypass at chipped terminals (only magstripe)?
