I saw this in the Milage Run forum and had a look myself. I just ran a search on ITA for DUB-LAX and found BA/AA fares in August in for £950. If you want to go via LHR and take the 380 to LAX it will be around £1020. Same trip in F is around £1725
The HNL routes that were being bandied about earlier in the winter also appear to be available.
