While there are two sides to every story, some points they made in the email stick out. It would seem almost every car you rent, comes back with something wrong with it. May I ask how does this come about? It almost looks like you are "intentionally" doing something to the cars because you took out LDW. In the last month alone...you have 4 incidents and these are on practically brand new cars.
