They wont give you this card unless you have an account with them. Also, the longer the account is open, the bigger the CL on the card. I got a measely 4,000 CL and just couldn't do much with that, so I called about 2 weeks later, and asked for an increase....after a 10 min call, they up'd it to 8,000. I supposed I could've asked for more, but I didn't wanna push my luck. My friend did the same thing, and he flat out asked for 20,000, and they gave it to him.
