i have an award that was ticketed (9W, CX, AS) then made a change so it was 9W, AA, AA (first segment stayed the same).
my current ticket status is on request. the changes were made on 2/5; it's now 2/17 and it still says on request.
i called AA and they said they haven't processed it yet because there is snow on the east coast but not to worry as they'll eventually get to it.
what to do?
