I stayed the last Friday in January. I received a clean, nice but not special room on Platinum floor. There were snacks and cold beverages in the floor lounge but no hot food or attendant. Front desk provided coupons for free drink and appetizers at the bar and also a nice hot & cold buffet in the morning. I was very happy with my stay.
