Could BA set up a single B737 or A320 operation in somewhere like Turks or Barbados, something like BA Caribbean to take over destinations like Gran Cayman or Port of Spain? So a double daily B777 to take passengers to Grand Turks or Barbados and the smaller B737/A320 to take transit passengers to the final destination. A special transit procedure could be set up for this purpose. By doing that, BA could free up one or two B777 for destinations require the larger frame. Just my cents, I am sure someone else have better coins. But don't shoot.
