Seriously annoyed right now with both American and US Airways. Purchased my ticket yesterday with US Airways for $620 (2320 in Y, 2327 in F) and a $89 Dividend Miles multiplier. Searched for the same itinerary on AA.com, and it's pricing at $540. US Airways is refusing to refund the Dividend Miles Multiplier fee.
The question remains why am I so loyal to American. Very disgruntled at the minute.
