I haven't stayed here yet but I did email the concierge asking for more information about the FHR benefits.
Below is the response; if someone with editing privileges wants to add it to the Wiki that would be great, thanks.
(Note that I did specifically ask if in-room dining was an option for the breakfast benefit and the answer appears to be no.)
"I am one of the Concierge here on the property and would be more than happy to assist you with this information. The FHR program offers $76 only at The Northside Café for 2 people during Breakfast which is from 6AM-Noon. The $100 Food & Beverage credit can be used at any of our dining options on the property."
