Dear ***,

Greetings from the Best Price Guarantee (BPG) help desk.

Referring to the program’s Terms and Conditions, clause 15:

Disputes. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions or the offer of the Best Price Guarantee shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A., exclusively by an appropriate federal or state court located in the State of Georgia, U.S.A.

Our lone capacity at the Best Price Guarantee department is to confirm whether submitted claims are eligible or not for free night, or free night plus price match for multiple nights adjustment; in compliance with the program’s Terms and Conditions.

In case guest would like to further dispute a claim’s finding/s, kindly refer to the 15th clause's guidelines.
So, basically - if you don't like it, sue us. Platinum member here, mind you. I never pull rank, but this is crap.
