How do you contact them directly so that they can expedite your claim? (I mean answer in less than 48 hours)

Someone said he "twitted and e-mailed" the "BRG admins"...

Someone else said that he called them and they then answered in about 26 hours...

Who should I call? Who should I email? Who should I twit?
