This happened over the span of Jan-Feb, 2013 so I have long since let it go. But the fact that I never even received a response to my two PM's to the CD was very disappointing. It left me feeling that, unless you are one of the 'insiders' or in the inner circle, you aren't worthy of a response. I only commented because sometimes you try to do everything right, stay within the rules, not comment publicly and report issues through the proper channels and, when you don't get a response, it is frustrating. Again, not commenting on the OP's specific case, just my own experience in trying to do things the right way.
