How is the reliability of the Discover portal vs Cartera. Specifically, I was able to buy Saks gift cards via the AA portal a couple months ago and got my miles pretty quickly-- even though the T+C say no miles for gift card purchases. How confident can I be that I'll get the 15% cash back buying gift cards from Saks via the Discover portal?
