I'm going to have a 13 hour layover there next week and actually arriving at TBIT and would love to go in for a shower and a bit to eat before going and picking up my rental car. I'll have access to the UA Club when I come back at night (BF on P.S. flight) but getting into the *A lounge in the morning would be excellent to kill some time and get freshened up for the day.
Yes, it's easy. TSA will ask if you know you're not in the right terminal for your flight, but won't object to wanting to visit the lounge. Lounge entry agents will tell you they don't announce flights, and might ask for your UA FF card with *G logo on it.
