I too have had problems with e-rewards not posting a couple of longer surveys. Just received 1 canned response to my numerous requests (it's been 6 weeks on one). I called this number, which I found on another FT post, 214-782-2800 (of course now you're talking long-distance charges)and asked for Cathi Gumpert. Got VM and she responded via e-mail, not a canned response. She basically stated they've been having problems and are working on it. You could try the e-mail address she used for my message which is
