No direct indeed, but to be honest, since OP mentions connecting (which suggests to me that he does not mind) there are a number of possibilities like AZ and AF (TK would have been nice but LHR-IST does not have PE and I don't think IST-DXB would either!). Why anyone would change a nonstop flight he has to travel with a connection is beyond me but as theoretical possibilities...
