A T-Mobile tablet package isn't that expensive. It could be worth a small corporate contract and keeping a few sims at work. Lend them out when necessary and assign permanent ones to certain individuals who have the need. It is too bad that a dual sim Verizon android doesn't exist (that I know of). The Sony Z3 dual sim could be a good dual sim device for those using AT&T and T-Mobile.
