Arrivimg by cruise ship
We will be on a cruise ending in Shanghai oin Sept. 2016 and wonder if anyone has any idea if the 72 hr. in transit visa should apply to our situation by then.
also, if we do not stop over in Shanghai, would we need a visa? Just go from ship to the airport and fly out.
