Were you happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes, nice room, great location.
Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked cheapest "Standard Room Queen Skyline View", upgraded to "Superior Room River View" the next day.
A week before check in date, it upgraded to "Delxue Room".
Upon check in, the front desk offered upgrading to King Club Studio for 40EUR/night, and we can get the room immediately. (It was 10:30 AM.)
We happily took the offer. (40EUR is on the room charge, so with points, too.)
How are the rooms?
Room was large, located at 20th floor (the highest floor.)
What was your welcome gift?
A LED candel with IC Frankfurt logos on it.
Fruit.
But no personal letter.
How is the exec. lounge?
For some reason the club was closed during Christmas season.
The lounge was moved to the first floor restaurant.
We could have food, drinks and breakfast there.
The food was so so, but the breakfast was great.
What was good and what was bad?
+ Nice view of the river, quiet area.
- The original louge was closed, so no night view at 21st floor.
Value for $? Would you return?
very good value, will definitely stay here if ever return.
