Good memory! Yes I did win this status and although I haven't been able to fly on Alaska yet, Alaska's partnerships with Delta and American have been fantastic. (We had a Central America trip on AA and were able to upgrade to Main Cabin Extra - woohoo legroom! lol - and get free checked bags; I got bonus miles on my flights, too, so I'm building up my Alaska miles!)
I sent an email to Alaska's CS about this, but I think I'm going to call since I have another trip to book this weekend. If the Alaska MVP does continue for 2015 I'll book on AA or Delta (not going to an Alaska destination yet, unfortunately), if not, then will take the slightly cheaper (and direct) flight on Jet Blue.
