Also, to BOS, I don't see how Chase could do anything once the points are in the Ritz account. If they stripped the points at that point, that would certainly be complaint worthy and someone would be all over Chase about that.
Never said it was necessarily a violation of the T&C. It's probably an ethical violation or a violation of common decency. You are agreeing to pay Chase $395 for the use of the card and its included perks (which include the points and fee credits).
That said, it's not impossible to think they would do a clawback of the points. It's even less impossible to think they could choose to clawback the "fee" credits.
