For three and a half hours?
I ended up just hanging out and wandering around. Tried gambling, but couldn't figure it out, and got bored real, real fast. People watching turned out to be more interesting than I thought. The place was big enough that a leisurely walk from one end to the other took up over an hour (with a few stops along the way). Dull shops though.
