No. Terminal E has no airside connection to the other terminals. Security is not likely to allow you into any terminal except E, as that is where your Southwest flight departs from.

In any case, AA/DL/UA clubs would not be even remotely worth that kind of effort.

If you have a Priority Pass membership, you can access the AF lounge in Terminal E. It's not open until 1pm, though, and it's not exactly a great lounge (but probably a step above domestic airline lounges).

IMHO, there's not a great reason to go to a lounge at BOS unless the terminal is super crowded or you really want a free drink. Each terminal has some pretty good food and drink options. If you like beer, there's a Cisco brewpub in E - they're a brewery based out of Nantucket, and I like a lot of their beers. There's also Dine Boston for some decent food, which is pre-security, but if I recall correctly they let you use the priority security line if you eat there (ask about it, though).
