I'm curious: what would be the point of a special services meet and greet? Just to feel special? Or to save a few minutes moving through the airport?
I'd say that compared with most airports, T5 is hardly a disaster. Sure it has it's rough moments but compared with say JFK international arrivals or MCO 'fast track' security I'd say it's relatively good (although I sort of miss the original automated security conveyor system).
