I have to be in VCE by midday Wed. to transfer to a flight on Qatar. Yet you can't get through on the phone and the website wants to charge me for a flight change.

Apart from the criminality of Lufthansa not having the systems capabilities to deal with their regular labour disruptions, what is the normal process supposed to be?????
