Flew KL0835 SIN-DPS last week and visa on arrival purchase was fast and efficient with multiple lines open. Though we didn't land at 8PM....

The lineup was not to pay for the visa, but to clear immigration and they had the queue tape rolled out forever, fortunately we went through within 15 minutes.
