I booked this fare last summer in BKK thru the Continental GSA and found it great if being used for leisure travel.
My routing was BKK-X-KUL-JKT surfaceDPS-xGUM-xNRT-xEWR-BDL.
I then did a Winter break of BDL-xEWR-UIO-xPTY-SDQ-EWR
and am set for the summer with MAD-AMS-DEL-SXR-xDEL-MAA-xKUL-JKT-xKUL-BKK.
Since the majority of the carriers don't have First Cabins, the C fare (and this was the 35,000 miler) was just right.
