Has anyone tried to add a payee that is not in the system? I've been trying for several days, but no luck. According to the 'supervisor' I spoke to, the system is down, but its been several days.
I've tried to follow the instructions in this thread, but no such luck. I just want to confirm its not must me. I've added payees before, but I'm not able to do so anymore...
Just added Honda Financial at Philly this week, no problem at all. Payment posted as planned.
