Yeah I know the wiki says that Citi Visa charges now. But when I did it for November (1-5) it was not updated at that point in time. Also, I have been using my Citi Visa for months now loading serve. Yes you are SOL. On the Serve CC load screen it clearly says in the warning message that "CA fees can be incurred" so there is no argument there.
Also it doesn't matter if you have been loading Serve with Citi Visa for months now, the wiki clearly states as of 10/9, certain CCs have started charging as CA. The wiki doesn't specifically call out the Citi AA Visa card but Citi Visa is part of that group. Just pay down your CA balance and take the fee as a cost of MS. You were just on borrowed time. Old data points don't mean anything since it can be changed at any time. Notice all the reports of CA are all Visa CCs in the wiki.
