I'm trying to access the secure upload page from the link they gave me (https://secure.serve.com/user/SecureFileUpload) and it just keeps sending me to the main Serve page. Is this an error anyone else is experiencing? It's worked for me in the past as recently as a month ago but now it seems not to be working at all under any of my Serve accounts, not just the one that needs to verify the cards.
