I'm PM, this flight will make me DM, currently 5 on list with 6 seasts at 12 hours till takeoff.

Since I'll make Diamond shortly I'm thinking of using a regional upgrade on this if I fall further down the list tonight but I'd hate to burn it if I'm going to clear on my own.

I'd like some feedback on those who are PM or DM and how often at <12 hours to takeoff are others checking in or SDC onto the flight to bump down priority list.
