I am seriously wondering why I am part of this program sometimes? Things like this are so annoying, but I guess this highlights the inconsistency of SPG benefits and missed expectations and the frustration I experience.
Lurker: Any tips for an annoyed member with a typically high spend rate? Would you recommend that sticking with FS and other Virtuoso (non SPG) properties is a more sane route?
