Tried to load funds to Serve at Family Dollar for the first time this evening using a VR (the one that stays in the store). The cashier said that it kept saying "Visa Tender Not Allowed." I tried using both my Marriott Rewards Visa and my Chase Sapphire preferred Visa. Same issue with both. At no point was I prompted for my PIN. Is there a step I'm missing?
