Not a FF and I guess the few times we have been in T5 we have been lucky. I recall T4 a few years ago used to be this bad.
I dont tweet, but have done so now with this image (hope the owner of the image is OK with this). It will not achieve anything, but it may prepare others for the possible delays at T5.
