Is it very difficult or tedious to go from Venice to Rome by train? After our stay in Venice at Easter, our daughter and grandson were planning to go on to Rome for 4-5 days. They would be traveling Easter Sunday? Would that be a problem, as in things might be closed?

Would it be better to fly?
