Should we try complaining to SoftCard about this cash advance fee? Because they must be having issues getting their product off the ground given they offered free Jamba Juices to their users for about 6 months earlier this year and late last year. They advertise their product as being able to use any credit card with American Express Serve, but who's going to use it if they will be hit with a cash advance fee to load the card?
