I added a Chase UA Explorer card yesterday.. seemed to add fine.
When I tried to add money using the card (even for small amounts), it declined it saying the card's bank declined the transaction and was asked to call the number at the back of the card.
Now, my card categorically says there's around 1xxx cash advance on it when I login, so that shouldn't be a problem. Any ideas? I know people have used this card with Serve successfully.
There was no extra verification step when I added my card. Is this normal?
