Make sure you save all of your tickets and boarding passes. I've had difficulty getting credit for the RJ flights I've taken, and had to fax (yes, fax) in copies of my boarding passes and the receipts to the US service center to try to get TP and Avios credit. It apparently is a common issue with RJ, and you cannot even use the normal online claim form for RJ as it's not in the pulldown menu on the form.
