Citi Double Cash
My serve load with Fidelity Amex posted as purchase. I plan to load my wife's serve softcard with Citi Double Cash MC. At least one poster mentioned that it posted as a purchase. Has anyone been charged CA fee for using Citi double cash MC to load serve?
