Why would you choose "Credit" to load Serve?
Serve doesn't allow credit loads. Also if your $200 VGC was denied 3 times there is something wrong with your VGC? Have you called the back of the card to verify that your VGC is activated, is there $200 in balance loaded? I am not sure why these are not obvious checks when things go wrong. 9 out of 10 times the answer is something went wrong with the card.
Also with MB VGCs, you shouldn't have to do any workaround. However if you must do the workaround the choice is ALWAYS
